As long as you have given us access to the property and its metres, you do not need to be present at the time of the inventory. In case you want to be present please make sure to give enough time and space to the clerk to complete the survey with perfection.

WHAT’S AFTER THE SURVEY?
You will receive the complete report within 72 hours in a PDF form. In case you want it faster let us know when you are booking your service and we will let you know what we can do about it.

How long would the survey take?
The duration of the survey depends on a lot of factors such as size of the property, its condition and contents. What needs to be kept in mind is that it is not a service based on hours or one that needs to be repeated periodically therefore the length of the survey wouldn’t affect the payment.

To get a check out inventory service done, do you need a check in report?
E-report in itself can be made without a check-in report but without the check-in report we will have no way to compare the current state of the property to its previous condition.

Do the tenants need to be present for the check out survey?
The presence of the tenant does not change the report so it is okay for them to be present or absent. However they can be present if they wish to be.
