After spending a decade working in the financial sector in the UK and abroad, Gulshan started his property investment and development company. It was during this period as a professional landlord that he first encountered many issues with numerous suppliers needed to get properties ready for rent which ultimately led to him to initiating all by himself and Asgard Inventories was born.
Kam
After 13 years of service in our NHS Kam developed another passion for property. She used this newfound interest to become a professional landlord, which in turn led her to help create a one-stop-shop for everything a landlord may need, from pre-tenancy cleaning to compliance certificate.
